Typically, Account Manager will ask you questions and gather informations about your application specs and then conclude an estimation of development time and cost.
Our Account Manager is an experienced web analyst, he will help you define your project requirement and will be happy to advise you on the best way. Feel free to consult your idea. Communication is the key at this point, let us know what you want, even when you think it is impossible to be implemented.
Once the spec is fixed then we will propose the development time needed. You can't add or change features in the middle of development because it will affect the fixed time and budget we offer. However you don't have to worry if you want to add a new feature because you can do it within post-development period.
In short, main idea of this phase is to determine everything that will satisfy your business objectives.

Once agreement is signed, a programmer or a Project Manager will be assigned to you. The programmer and his/her manager will introduce themselves to you.
You will then give access of your code repository (or we'll create the repos for you if you don't have it) to the assigned developers. You will also brief them any project information necessary (deployment, communication schedule, etc). We encourage daily, constant communication between you and us.
Day to day coding by the programmer will be accompanied by occassional pair programming session with a more experienced developer. Pair programming is to improve not only technical skills, but also communication, analytic skill, consultancy skill, and motivation.
The programmer will also have access to a vast combined experience of other programmers sitting in the same office. Research time is thus minimized and it saves time (and money) for you.
Reports are gonna be sent via email on a daily basis with as much detail and transparency as possible. Updates on project management tool such as Pivotal Tracker and Basecamp will also be given.
Upon encountering a problem (for example poor code, slow to complete, hard to communicate, bugs), you should complain to the programmer (or the PM) immediately (within 1 work day after the problem occurs if possible). If the problem is serious, you can escalate to the programmer's manager, or to your Account Manager. Conflicts will be gracefully resolved.
You are expected to provide feedbacks as soon as possible to ensure smooth project development.
When necessary, you should also provide us with the marketing contents and webcopy before the project completion time. This is so that the project can be completed in an efficient manner.
We will send the final result on the agreed time. The apps will be tested before being delivered to you. It will run smoothly on all well-known browsers, fast performing (both front-end and back-end) and have at least 80% coverage of behaviour testing. This test also ensure your business objectives are applied correctly.
Development time might be different from one project to another depends on the specification. This is the main reason why we estimate development time, to deliver the result to you in time without sacrificing the quality.
After the result is delivered, then you're entering our Warranty Period. Within one month range, you're free to upgrade or maintain your app. The developers will be assigned to you as an
Extended Team.
