By default we work from 9am to 5pm Indonesian time (GMT +07.00)

We can be flexible in regards of our work hour depending on your request.
In general it is good to have at least 1 overlap work hour every day, which we can arrange together.

Location
We all work within the office. Except for some who were given special permission to do so (such as female employees who have just given birth)
We do not reoutsource work to any third party. If we re-outsource our core competency, we are ashamed to call ourselves a Ruby on Rails development company :)
