Work Hour
By default we work at office hour from 9am to 5pm Indonesian time (GMT +07.00).
Now we also offer on American (7pm to 3am GMT +07.00) and European (3pm to 11pm GMT +07.00) work hour.
We can be flexible in regards of our work hour depending on your request.
In general it is good to have at least 1 overlap work hour every day, which we can arrange together.

As the company grows and the developers double, we are now occupying three
offices in order to accomodate our daily works.
We all work within the office. Except for some who were given special permission to do so (such as female employees who have just given birth).
We do not re-outsource work to any third party. If we re-outsource our core competency, we are ashamed to call ourselves a Ruby on Rails development company :)
